Paddington Art Walk

FUN IN THE SUN!
Ok it was a gamble yesterday with the World Youth Day Pilgrimage happening.
BUT I took the risk and went over to Paddington.
It paid off... obviously everyone decided to stay at home as it was a breeze to get into the city, park and return! Weather was just beautiful too.
Lots to see at Paddington markets.
Bangles are everywhere... seems to be the trend. And everything is black and white or teal and brown.

Then on to the Paddington Art Walk.
I think I went to about 12 galleries... will update this post later with a list.
Another angle, I was keen to look at other assemblage artists to get a better price idea, I was still left a little unsure.
Apart from that, I saw a lot to inspire me in other mediums.
Oh and a lot of pieces I would dearly love to purchase!!

Most fun? Blender Gallery has the Philip Morris exhibition AC/DC Exposed on the moment.
Go check out the website and get a sneek peek at these classic shots.
Amazing collection and have a look up top for a few Led Zepplin photos from their Australian tour.

Here's a great link to a map that features the Gallery Walk. You can pick up a hard copy from any of the galleries on the way too. http://www.urbanwalkabout.com/paddington/explore/
